PHILOSOPHY

Here at A Shed Load of Massage I believe that Massage and Reflexology can be really beneficial to many people irrelevant of age. *
My aim is to ensure that you receive the best service to suit your needs though a variety of Massage and Reflexology techniques.
This could be a Sports and remedial massage which can be beneficial to many people, not just Athletes and people recovering from injury.
It can be beneficial to maintaining muscle health and flexibility and can help towards preventing injuries when used regularly just like the professional athletes do.
Or
Relaxing / Pampering massage can help to relieve stress and strains from every day life as well having many other health benefits.
e.g Improves circulation
Aids with Sleep
Improves the lymphatic system which helps remove toxins from the body.
These are just a few of the benefits that massage can have.
I am always developing my knowledge and techniques, to make sure I am able to provide the best treatments possible to my clients.I am currently working toward my Btec level 6 (degree level) in Clinical and Sports massage this is the highest level for massage therapists in the UK.
